Athletic Gold Medals at Beijing 2008 Olympics







Ethiopian Dibaba -  women's 10,000m gold

Dibaba won Ethiopia the first gold medal on Friday, creating a new Olympic record in 29 minutes and 54.66 seconds in the women's 10,000 meters race.



Poland's Majewski -  men's shot put gold

Poland's Tomasz Majewski tossed 21.51 meters to win the men's shot put gold medal at the Olympic Games here on Friday.  

Bolt -  100m gold
